This is an agreement between you ("Affiliate," "you") and The Unrobot Copy Method (ABN 80 668 985 724) ("we," "us," "our") governing your participation in our affiliate program (the "Program"). By applying to, or participating in, the Program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must own, or have proper authorization to use, the channel, account, or platform through which you promote us.

2. Application & Approval
Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, reject, or remove any affiliate from the Program at our sole discretion, at any time, including after approval.

3. Your Unique Link
Once approved, you'll receive a unique tracking link or code. Only sales tracked through your unique link, and attributed to you by our affiliate tracking software, count toward your commission. We aren't responsible for sales that go untracked due to browser settings, ad blockers, or a customer not using your link.

4. Commission Rate
You'll earn 45% commission on each qualifying sale made through your unique link, less any refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

5. Validation Period
Every sale is subject to a 14-day validation period, starting from the date the order is placed through your link. Commission on a sale is not confirmed or payable until this period has passed without a refund, chargeback, or cancellation.

6. Payment Schedule
Validated commissions are paid at the end of each calendar month, covering all sales that cleared their 14-day validation period during that month. Payments are made via bank transfer, processed through Wise, to the payment details you provide. You're responsible for providing accurate payment information. We aren't liable for payments sent to an incorrect account due to your own error.

7. Excluded Commissions
No commission is payable on purchases you make yourself or through your own link, fraudulent or duplicate transactions, orders that are refunded or charged back, or any sale not properly tracked through your unique link.

8. Compliance With Law
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and advertising standards that apply to you and your audience, in every country you promote to. This includes, without limitation, the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States, the CAP Code and ASA guidance in the United Kingdom, ACCC guidance under the Australian Consumer Law, and any equivalent disclosure or advertising laws elsewhere. At a minimum, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with us whenever you promote our products, in a way your audience can't miss or misunderstand.

9. Accurate Representation
You may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products, including claims about income, results, search rankings, or the ability to defeat any AI-detection tool. Stick to claims consistent with what's stated on our official sales page.

10. Prohibited Promotional Methods
You may not send unsolicited spam email, DMs, or messages to promote your link. You may not use cookie-stuffing or any method designed to falsely attribute sales to yourself. You may not run any paid advertising to promote your link, including paid search ads, paid social media ads, display ads, or boosted or sponsored posts. You may not use incentivized or paid-to-click traffic, impersonate us or imply a partnership beyond an independent affiliate relationship, or list our products on coupon, deal, or cashback sites without our prior written permission.

11. Marketing Materials & Intellectual Property
Any logos, images, or marketing copy we provide are licensed to you solely to promote our products under this agreement, and remain our property. You may not alter our trademarks, claim ownership of our content, or use it in a way that could confuse or mislead your audience.

12. Independent Contractor Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between us.

13. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations that apply to the commissions you earn, in your country of residence and any other applicable jurisdiction.

14. Term & Termination
Either you or we may end your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If your participation ends, you'll still be paid any commission already validated and owed to you at that time. No commission is owed for sales made after your termination date, even if the customer used your link before that date.

15. Changes to the Program
We may update these terms, the commission rate, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Changes take effect once posted here, or once we notify you directly. Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

16. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We don't guarantee any specific level of earnings from participating in the Program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you under this agreement is limited to the amount of commission actually owed and validated at the relevant time. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Program.

17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you're located. This doesn't remove any non-excludable rights you may have under the law of your own country.
