1. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to buy with confidence. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no hoops to jump through.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email theunrobotcopymethod@gmail.com with your order confirmation within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Shopify's payment system, generally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.

3. Access or Technical Issues

If you're unable to access, download, or open your purchase due to a technical issue on our end, contact us any time — this isn't limited to the 14-day window. We'll fix the issue or, if we can't, provide a full refund or replacement copy.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge in full, regardless of the 14-day window.

5. Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any non-excludable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence — including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and any rights available to consumers in the EU, UK, or elsewhere. If our guarantee period has passed but you believe you're entitled to a remedy under those laws, contact us and we'll work it out with you.

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first — it's faster than going through your bank, and covered by the guarantee above in almost every case. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your access to the product being revoked and may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe to be unwarranted and to pursue amounts owed where a chargeback is made in bad faith.
