These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theunrobotcopymethod.com (the "Site") and any digital products sold on it, operated by The Unrobot Copy Method (ABN 80 668 985 724) ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Our Products
We sell digital, downloadable products (guides, checklists, and prompt packs) related to writing and editing AI-generated content. All products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Product descriptions on the Site are provided in good faith, but we don't guarantee that descriptions are 100% error-free at all times.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Shopify and its integrated payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us (via Shopify) to charge your chosen payment method for the listed price, plus any applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT, or sales tax) calculated at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to currency conversion by your bank or card provider. You are responsible for any fees your bank or card provider charges in connection with your purchase.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, via a download link provided on the confirmation page and/or sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking spam/junk folders. If you don't receive your product, contact us at theunrobotcopymethod@gmail.com.
5. License to Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product you've purchased for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or republish the product, in whole or in part, in any format
- Share your download link or copy with anyone who has not purchased it themselves
- Claim authorship of the product or any part of its content
- Use the product's content to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI model, tool, or dataset
- Remove or alter any branding, trademarks, or copyright notices contained in the product
All content, text, frameworks, prompts, and designs included in our products are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you — only the limited license described above.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Affiliate Program and Promotions
Some links to our products may be shared by independent affiliates or promoters who earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their link, at no extra cost to you. Affiliates are independent of us, and any views or claims they make are their own — we are not responsible for statements made by affiliates that go beyond what's stated on this Site. Affiliates are expected to comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws in their region (e.g., disclosing paid/affiliate relationships to their audience).
8. No Guarantees / Disclaimer
Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes. We don't guarantee any specific outcome from using them, including but not limited to income, client results, search rankings, or how any third-party AI-detection tool scores your writing. Results depend on how you apply the material. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for any statutory guarantees that cannot be lawfully excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services, including Shopify (hosting and payments), Meta Pixel (advertising and analytics), Klaviyo (email marketing), and third-party affiliate tracking software. Your use of the Site may be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any non-excludable consumer protection rights you may have under the law of the country in which you reside (see Sections 8 and 9).
14. Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at theunrobotcopymethod@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. This does not limit any right you have to pursue a claim through your local courts or consumer protection body where applicable law guarantees that right.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
